Fair Use

The term fair use means exactly what it says: It is a fair use of a copyrighted work without getting permission from the creator. Fair use allows you to use copyrighted work without permission or paying a license fee, but only in certain situations. The Four Points of Fair Use chart shows you the specific situations in which fair use applies.
